Policies

 

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. I desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:


* A credit card is required to book a service, but will not be charged unless the following actions occur: 

 

Arrival Time 

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to use the restroom and ensure you will receive your full service time

 

Cancelations

A 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give me a 24 hour advance notice you will be charged 50% of your total service amount. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.


 

Late Arrivals and No-Call/No-Shows

There is a 5 minute grace period before being asked to reschedule. If you are within your grace period, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. If you've arrive past the grace period and I can not accommodate you, you will be rescheduled and charged a 50% rescheduling fee.  If you are a no-call/no-show you will be charged 50% of your total service amount. If your no-call/no-show becomes a habit, you will either be required to pay for your service ahead of time or you will be advised to find someone that better fits your needs. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. 

 

Child/Minor Policy

Children under 12 are not permitted during your service to ensure their safety. Minors (13-17) that are receiving a service, must have a parent present with a signed consent form.
